SUNPENTOWN (SPT)

All Sunpentown products are covered under their respective Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Items repaired or replaced under a Manufacturer Warranty are not eligible for return or refund.

Products with factory defects should be reported to manufacturer customer service within the warranty time frame (1 year from purchase date). Within 60 calendar days of the purchase date, the manufacturer will troubleshoot or send a replacement with a UPS return label at no charge to you as a customer. They will cover shipping both ways. After 60 days, up to 1 year, the manufacturer will only cover S&H costs one way; the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and the manufacturer will cover the cost to ship the item back to the customer.

SANGEAN

All SANGEAN products are covered under their respective Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Items repaired or replaced under a Manufacturer Warranty are not eligible for return or refund.

Kaito & Hisonic

All Kaito & Hisonic products are covered under their respective Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Items repaired or replaced under a Manufacturer Warranty are not eligible for return or refund.

La Crosse

All La Crosse products are covered under their respective Limited Manufacture Warranty. Products with factory defects should be reported to manufacture customer service within the warranty time frame (1 Year from purchase date).

SKYLEX

SKYLEX offers a 90 day exchange warranty. Customer must contact us for an exchange within 90 days of purchase. Customer pays for shipping the defective item to Skylex Electronics at their own expense. Skylex Electronics then will send a repacement provided the item is in like new condition and has an actual defect and has not been abused.


Returns

If you (buyer) are not satisfied with any purchase product, you can return it for a refund within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be requested via email from Skylex Electronics and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to ensure proper tracking and crediting of the return. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping container.

 A returned product, including the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories, must be in the original (NEW) condition as it was when it was shipped to you. Every returned item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All product returned  will be inspected. Any signs of use or handling will lead to a restocking fee or a refund adjustment depending on the condition of the returned product. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING.

If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, a refund will not be issued for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Skylex Electronics with the courier name (FedEx, UPS, etc.), tracking number, and date that the return was shipped. The return tracking information should be e-mailed to Skylex Electronics (sales@skylexelectronics.com). The package must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number, or the shipment may be refused.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You (buyer) agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold us (Skylex Electronics and its personnel) harmless from and against any judgment, losses, deficiencies, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees and expenses) incurred in connection with or arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding arising out of this internet site or in connection with your use of merchandise provided on or through this internet site.
